Klean Plate is a 4-week program that focuses on Klean eating through meal planning or preparation each week. Each person will receive four printable weekly menus, recipes + instructions, grocery list, and shopping tips + suggestions through a private Facebook group. You can use these tools to plan out your week of meals for you & your family or meal prep for a whole week. This program is not focused on counting or calculating, it is simply healthy, gluten free, low carb, and dairy free (optional) recipes that will catapult you towards your healthy destination. By signing up for this program you will no longer have to spend time trying to decide on what to cook that will actually be healthy without sacrificing flavor. Your body, taste buds, and wallet will thank you! The current cost for this 4-week program is $40 per person. All sales final.



+ EACH week you will receive 4 recipes: 1 breakfast (7 servings), 3 lunch/dinner (14 servings total).

+ Klean Plate approved snack list: This will not be the same old boring stuff, I like to shake things up. There will be at least 10 approved snacks each month.

+ Access to a secret Facebook group: This is where all the communication, questions, action, live videos will take place amongst fellow Klean Platers. *the group link will be emailed directly to you after sign up is complete*

+ Step by step instructions: Each recipe will be followed with step by step instructions. This will assist in molding you into a professional chef within your own kitchen, your family and friends will be impressed.

+ A detailed grocery list: Because who has time to make a detailed & organized grocery list or run around the grocery store with a pen and paper? I do the work for you and make grocery shopping a breeze!



+ Tips: I share my go to's, the do's and don'ts of shopping and what not to buy, what brands I recommend, a "get ahead" bulk list to save time and money in the long run, and much more!

+ A motivational & knowledgeable coach who has been in your shoes and understands the struggle to stay on the healthy train while keeping your plate "Klean". A coach that will be your foundation and mentor while living out the same path that she paves for you.

+ Accountability: You will be held accountable with check in's, weekly goals, contest, etc.
